Yes, anyone can learn self-guided visualization, also known as self-hypnosis provided they “want” to change something. Self-guided visualization is a combination of deep relaxation and mental focus. Hypnosis occurs naturally as one relaxes, but without instruction and practice, the following may happen to you:

- You may not know that you are experiencing hypnosis
- You won't know how to use hypnotic states purposefully and consciously to achieve your specific goals
What you will learn:
- What is guided visualization/hypnosis, definitions, myths, and misconceptions
- The differences between meditation and guided visualization/hypnosis
- How to guide yourself into an alpha state of consciousness
- The necessary language required for change in your subconscious mind
- Receive a self-hypnosis script and instructions
