Five Steps to Success - Starts February 26th - Tuesdays 7:00-8:30 PM, for 5 weeks
In this 5 week program, we will teach you the Five Steps to Success - a program that provides a practical guide for business people, athletes, artists, writers or anyone who wants to pursue their passion in life.
You will learn proven tools, strategies and techniques to:
Discover your life purpose
Week 1, We will look at your values, what do you find important, where do you spend most of your time. What would you like more of in your life. Self-discovery provides great insight into what is important to you, what will give your life more meaning, more purpose.
Overcome self-sabotage
Week 2, we will dive into what you believe to be true about you and your environment. What your beliefs are about money, success and what you believe you deserve to experience in this life. We will do exercises in class to reframe our beliefs to ones that are more empowering and positive.
Breakthrough your limitations and fears
Week 3, We will talk about what our needs are and how to meet our needs to have a more fulfilling, meaningful life. The human needs exercise will provide many answers to why you do the things you do.
Create your ultimate outcomes
Week 4, What would you like to change, what goal would you like to achieve and putting together a mission statement. A plan in place. Looking at the resources you have, the support you have to achieve it and what will motivate you to stick with it.
Leverage your intuition and inner strength
Week 5, You will learn new techniques to develop and enhance your intuition. Learn exercises to reset your mind for success when obstacles, challenges intrude on your focus.
Learn to approach your goal with laser focus & develop a cast-iron commitment to your goals.
Classes are 90 minutes every Tuesday for 5 weeks - 7:00-8:30 p.m:
