Thanks to Gary Craig’s Personal Peace Procedure for E.F.T. “Tapping”, we now have a simple method to neutralize or even eliminate internal turmoil from past events.
Make time to “Tap” to reduce down or even eliminate 2- 3 of these negative emotional memories off your list daily. You will find other memories may come to the surface with each issue so make sure you tap on those too and rate them on the scale if need be.
If you find, some issues are just too painful to do by yourself, don’t attempt them without the help of an experienced E.F.T. Practitioner. PTSD for instance is not something anyone should handle alone. Seek professional help.
After a few weeks, you will have cleared a lot of limiting beliefs and fears that have been with you most of your life. You will feel more confident, happier and at peace with your newfound self.
